Lily’s is Delray Beach’s beloved, family-owned ice cream shop, founded and operated by the Gilinsky family. What started as a dream has become one of South Florida’s most talked-about dessert spots—named “Best Ice Cream in South Florida” by the Sun Sentinel in 2024, and featured in the Miami Herald, Deco Drive, NBC, and many other major outlets.

At the heart of Lily’s is Ori Gilinsky, the owners’ son and the creative force behind every hand-crafted flavor. After years of experimenting in the kitchen, Ori now makes each batch from scratch using only the highest-quality ingredients: locally sourced dairy, house-made inclusions, and globally inspired flavor profiles—many influenced by the family’s travels through Europe and their 14 years living abroad.

In addition to its home in Delray Beach, Lily’s has expanded to North Miami Beach, with a third location opening in Boynton Beach later this year, bringing its signature small-batch ice cream to even more communities.

Lily’s menu rotates regularly, featuring timeless classics, bold seasonal creations, and a dedicated selection of vegan and no added sugar options that have become favorites among both locals and visitors. The shop is proudly kosher-certified, supervised by Sunshine State Kosher.
