My name is Bethany Castro, and I am the founder of The Stretch Concierge, a private assisted stretching and mobility service serving Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and the surrounding South Florida community.

After serving five years in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant, I developed a strong appreciation for discipline, leadership, and the importance of taking care of the body so it can perform at its best. That mindset carried into my work helping individuals improve mobility, relieve tension, and move more comfortably in their everyday lives.

Through The Stretch Concierge, I work with busy professionals, athletes, and active adults who want to prioritize recovery, prevent injury, and maintain an active lifestyle. My goal is to educate and support members of our community in feeling stronger, moving better, and living with less pain.
